Seller: Deadroom Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we"), which operates Proofwren. We sell to business customers in the United States only. Contact: hello@deadroomventures.com.
1. We do not sell personal data
We do not sell, rent or lease personal information. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.345), Nevada residents may ask us not to sell covered information. Send that request to hello@deadroomventures.com.
2. This website
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, ad trackers, fonts or scripts. Cloudflare hosts the site and handles the requests it receives, under its own policies.
3. The free sheet
Downloading the fee sheet needs no sign-in and no email. The numbers you type into it stay in your copy of the file. They are not sent to us.
4. Audit uploads and services
- What we receive: your email address, the .xlsx file you upload, and for services the files you send us.
- Why: to produce your report or deliver your service, and for nothing else.
- Do not send protected health information, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, secrets or private keys. We are not set up to receive regulated data.
- Macros: we never execute macros or code inside your files. Files that contain macros are refused. The recalculation runs in a sandbox with no network.
- Deletion: uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of delivery. We keep the report and an audit log for 12 months, then delete them, or earlier on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
- Summaries: Reports are produced by software checks. They contain no AI-written text today. If we add AI-written summaries, we will say so here and in the report, and software will check them for figures and promises.
- In transit: An uploaded file and any request to our service travel through Cloudflare's network to our server.
5. Processors
Cloudflare hosts this site and carries requests to our server. Stripe takes payment when you pay us; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Resend sends our emails (receipts and report links). We keep transaction records needed for tax and to confirm your order. We do not sell your data.
6. Security and breaches
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is perfectly secure. We will tell affected customers of a confirmed breach without undue delay.
7. Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@deadroomventures.com. A data processing addendum is available on request.
