Refund Policy

Offered by Deadroom Ventures LLC, which operates Proofwren. Paid checkout is not open yet; this policy applies from the day it opens.
1. The free sheet
The fee sheet is free, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Spreadsheet audit
You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the report could not be produced from a valid file, or if it differs materially from what the audit section says is checked. Once a report has been delivered and opened, there is no refund for any other reason.
3. Services
If work has not started, you get a full refund. If work is in progress, you get a refund of the unearned part. After delivery you have 5 business days to tell us about a material defect against the written scope. We will correct it or refund the affected part.
4. How to ask
Email hello@deadroomventures.com with the email address you used and what went wrong. Refunds go to the original payment method.
